Question 1

Where do your vehicles come from?

Accepted Answer

Our inventory comes from live US vehicle auctions and is refreshed daily. Each listing shows photos, mileage, title type and reported damage.

Question 2

What is the difference between a clean and salvage title?

Accepted Answer

A clean title has no major insurance loss on record. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a loss; it may need repairs and inspection before it can be registered for road use.

Question 3

How do I buy a vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Create an account, open a vehicle and choose Buy it now. Review the itemized invoice, confirm your delivery and title addresses, then pay by wire transfer using the instructions shown.

Question 4

How long do I have to pay?

Accepted Answer

Please send your wire within 48 hours of placing the order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours. You can upload your wire receipt in your account to confirm payment.

Question 5

Can you ship outside the USA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every vehicle page has a shipping estimator for US ZIP codes and export countries. Estimates exclude customs, duties and destination port fees.

Question 6

Can the title go to a different address?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can set separate delivery and title addresses at checkout and change them from your account until the order is locked.

Question 7

Are vehicles sold with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. All vehicles are sold "AS IS – WHERE IS". Please review photos and damage details carefully, and contact us with any questions before buying.

Question 8

How do I track my purchase?

Accepted Answer

Your account shows each invoice with its payment status and purchase progress, and you can download a receipt at any time.
